Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information when available.
Please make sure that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. PingoPaws is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, carrier delays, customs processing, or other unforeseen events.

Return & Exchange Policy
At PingoPaws, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and, when applicable, in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, size, or product, you may return the original item according to this policy and place a new order.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide your order number along with photos or videos of the product and packaging.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
